(Dr.) Nyikal said, that the management bit we got there in the earlier clause (c) is dangerous. It should be dropped and then we retain the health systems management from a recognised institution because even the African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF) trains people in health systems management not necessarily at degree level. So instead of saying from a university, you say from a recognised institution. That should cover that area."
