Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I move: THAT, Clause 22 (2) of the Bill be amended in paragraph (e) by inserting the words “payment of compensation on claims resulting from adverse reaction after blood donation” immediately after the words “or equipment.” This amendment seeks to provide that the annual estimates shall include allocation for payment of compensation and claims resulting from adverse reaction after blood donation."
