Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I move: THAT, Clause 35 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new Subsection immediately after Subsection (3) − “(4) A person who donates blood under this section shall be provided with a blood donor certificate as proof of having donated blood.” This amendment seeks to ensure that any person who participates in donating blood shall be issued with a certificate which shall be used to serve as evidence that he has donated blood. I thank you."
