    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I was looking at this and saying this is a good amendment because it encourages people to donate blood. The certificate is a small document which indicates your blood group so that in case you are involved in an accident or when you need blood, people can look at your certificate and say, “This guy has been donating blood, let us donate to him”. It is an encouragement."
