"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. The principle of giving certificates is very important in the sense that we reward those who work hard to come and give support. Blood is life. What Hon. Ndindi Nyoro said surely negates the principles. It negates the point that you will be rewarded for any hard work you do as simple as education where you get a certificate and those who did not study are not discriminated against. So it is the same thing. It negates the principles of reward."
