    "content": "Further, that the Ministry of Environment and Forestry had already undertaken commendable steps towards addressing the matter. The Committee, however, noted that there was a huge challenge of encroachment into the wetland swamp which required to be addressed immediately. The Ministry of Water and Sanitation is addressing this issue. We wish that the Ministry will hasten the implementation of this issue of gazettement and ultimately gazette the wetland."
