    "content": "The Committee recommends that security forces continue with the use of the campsites to safeguard the lives and properties of the people of Mandera County while the Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government should immediately commence compensation of the allottees in line with the laid down legal process or vacate the land altogether. Another recommendation is that the National Land Commission (NLC) monitors the compensation process and gives status report within four months after tabling of this report in the Senate."
