    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, noting that the petitioners also referred this matter to the NLC, the Committee recommends that the NLC enquires into the matter and reports back to the Senate within six months from the date of tabling of this report. The committee further recommends that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) investigates the list of members of Isanga Iwishi Group Ranch to verify whether the persons listed exit and whether they are part of the community that has been in occupation or communal ownership of any land claimed by the ranch."
