Before the substantive Speaker left the Chair, he had given directions that we regulate the number of contributions in a Statement because of the heavy workload that is before us. Would it be in order to request that because we have Statements that have been lying here for months, we regulate the number of contributions so that we can have an opportunity to have our Statements read?
