    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, as an investor who wants to bring a big project that would employ many people, you would never go to Isiolo County. It is because people are fighting. I will only invest somewhere when I am assured that my assets are secure. We can always sing about unemployment and many other things but as long as there is insecurity, that will be just a pipe dream. In this Century, with development of so many things, our pastoral community should stop fighting. Even winning an election is not worth people’ s lives. As leaders, politicians and change makers, we need to be alive to that fact."
