Why are there big projects in developed areas as far as water, electricity, infrastructure and health are concerned? Why are they getting this money and we do not get the little money that is supposed to benefit pastoralist communities? There is a very unsatisfactory way of distributing resources in this country. I would like to request the Chairman of the Committee to ensure that the Cabinet Secretary for Treasury accounts for what is happening to us. The Cabinet Secretary is one of us but we are suffering more than anybody else. As Hon. Duale has said, the Cabinet Secretary must come out and tell the people what he has been doing for them, because they are really suffering, including his own county. Thank you, Hon.
