I support this Report on the Consideration of the Public Finance Management Equalisation Fund, Administration Regulations 2021. These regulations ought to have been passed like yesterday. This is because, the rationale for the Equalisation Fund was to provide basic services in marginalised areas so that those areas come as close as possible to the rest of this country. So, since this Fund has a subset close to 20 years and we are left with about nine, it would be very good if we passed these regulations so that we get projects that are funded through this Fund completed.
