I have heard the contents of the Petition. It is a conflict between two people and it has already been adjudicated elsewhere. So, is this the right forum for us to adjudicate and officiate the matter? I want us to look at the content of the Petition so that we know, moving forward, if this is the right platform for us to adjudicate it.
