    "content": "The Pest Risk Analysis (PRA) strictly tests fruits, vegetables and plants for the presence of pests. This test usually leads to goods worth millions being destroyed, returned to the exporter or banned from the country in totality if they do not meet required standards. However, South Korea has waived these tests for Kenya and only required that the products be accompanied by phytosanitary plant health certificate issued by the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS)."
