    "content": "During the 10th Ordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the FP-ICGLR held in Bujumbura from 4th to 7th December, 2019, the General Secretariat undertook an assessment on managing cross-border conflicts in the GLR. This is in accordance with Article 17 of the Pact on Security, Stability and Development, which provides that members states undertake to ensure lasting peace and security in the whole region of the Great Lakes."
