    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you for this opportunity. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.48 (1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Education regarding the delay in construction and relocation of Voi Girls’ Secondary School, in Taita Taveta County, which is in the process of being relocated to a new site due to the construction of the SGR by the Kenya Railway Corporation. In the Statement, the Committee should: i) Indicate the status of construction of Voi Girls Secondary School at the new site in Vindo Area of Voi. ii) Explain the reasons for the delay in completion of the project. iii) State the expected date of completion of the project. iv) State the projected cost of the project and indicate the amount paid so far. I thank you."
