    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to second this Bill. I thank Sen. (Dr.) Zani for doing such a great job. In fact, as she was presenting it, I was wondering what came to her mind to the extent that she thought about speaking to issues of copyright. The issues of copyright are a challenge. As she was speaking to those issues, I was thinking about some of the emblems that were taken away from our country by colonialists. Recently in Nandi County, Mr. Samoei emblems that were taken away were brought back and there was great celebration. We also celebrated some emblems that were used by a revered Mogenik."
