    "content": "The Bill also contains the provisions on the staffing conditions of the personnel of the Foreign Service. The Bill further contains provisions relating to the appointment and termination of the high commissioners, ambassadors and other diplomatic and consular representatives by the President. This is highlighted in Clauses 23 to 28. Therefore, under Clauses 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, the Bill also provides for matters relating to accreditation of appointed diplomats and the appointment and functions of honorary consular representatives."
