I like it when the Speaker is not just sharp, but attentive. Being a lawyer, I know you are very sharp. Hon. Deputy Speaker, there are also markets for our products outside Kenya. So, if we have diplomats who are patriotic and remember their country, we will create markets for our produce. We need markets for our livestock and agricultural bi-products. This is only possible when our foreign missions are well trained and people are not only appointed because they are politically correct, but because they understand their role."
