From the outset, I congratulate the Committee for having come up with this good piece of work. Foreign service is a very important aspect of how we relate with other countries of the world. This Bill is aimed at streamlining how the foreign service of this country will work. It is also an attempt to bridge the grey areas that we have witnessed in the operationalisation of our foreign service."
