"content": "I will also want to propose amendments to Clause 37(1) which talks about the Director- General of the academy. The Director-General has also been given a responsibility of being the secretary to the council. To me, that is dual responsibility. The secretary, who is the CEO of the council, ideally should be somebody who has training in taking minutes like the certified public secretaries. Therefore, I will be proposing amendments to this to ensure that there is separation. Nowadays, we have professionals who do this. I will try to expedite.
