    "content": "I am also wondering why the Kwale County Government allowed these people to put up such perimeter walls on that piece of land. I think the county government should also be keen on allowing people to put up perimeter walls without finding out whether the title deeds those people hold are genuine or not. Since I am a member of the Departmental Committee on Lands, I believe Hon. Tandaza is well assured that we are going to handle this matter critically and come up with something tangible.
