"content": " Thank you Hon. Speaker. I stand to ask Question No. 236 of 2021 and it is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Education. (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide details of the proposed establishment of a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Institution in Kitui West Constituency, which was earmarked to start in 2019? (ii) When will the construction of the said institution commence, noting that the necessary documentation has been submitted to the relevant authorities and approved? (iii) What steps the Ministry is taking to ensure that a TVET Institution is constructed in Kitui West Constituency and when is the expected time of completion? Thank you Hon. Speaker."
