It will still be struck off. There are too many people out there who are waiting to play those kinds of games. So, I think it is important that, that proposal - and I think there are another two - be considered by the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning so that the Committee could make a report to the House and we can be able to first of all debate what they think of those proposed amendments before we can include them in the Order Paper."
