    "content": "Question. So, it is expected that he would have known that it would be on the Order Paper this time. But more importantly, I do not know how this Question is related to the Question by Mr. Mwau because this Question arises directly from remarks that were made in a speech by the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister when he was launching a report. I do not know what research the Prime Minister needs to do because that speech implied that politics in Kenya are funded from dubious means. So, I do not know how he is connecting the two but this is a straightforward Question that the Prime Minister should have been able to deal with unless he may not have been informed earlier on. I wish to rest my objections there!"
