    "content": "Listening to you, you justify the requirement of Standing Order No.218 for exceptional circumstances. I, therefore, direct that the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security enquires into the various allegations that you have made with a view to bringing to the House a report, which if adopted, will give a way forward to the national Executive. The Committee is also encouraged to ensure that they hold extensive consultations with both the citizens and all other Government agencies as they may deem appropriate or relevant to help them in arriving at some possible solution.
