"content": " Hon. Speaker, I want to first of all thank you for appointing me to be the Vice Chairperson of the Powers and Privileges Committee. That is a big honour. Secondly, in the year 2018, I also brought a proposal on a Bill to amend the Constitution. That Bill was read in this House for the First Time in November 2019. Subsequently, I have been trying to follow up with that Bill. It is in the Departmental Committee on Justice and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
