Speaker, I rise to seek your direction pertaining to this Procedural Motion cognisant of the fact that we have the Selection Panel that is interviewing the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Commissioners. Once they finish, obviously, it has to come to the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. I am therefore, looking at whether it has been taken care of. This is because it pertains to the Statutory Instruments (Amendment) Bill and Papers. Is it taken care of under the Papers or do we amend and say Communication?"
