    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to second this amendment because of two reasons. I am aware that the mood of the House has been very negative to any alterations and amendments. But before we come to the end of these amendments, this is the only chance that we have to bridge what hon. Orengo and hon. Kioni brought to the House. This is the last chance that the poor and marginalized communities have. This is because the provisions of Article 255 will not allow us to have this chance forever.
