    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this Bill that has been sponsored by Sen. (Dr.) Zani. I do not want Kenyans to think that any time I speak I only want to give many praises to Sen. (Dr.) Zani, but it is because of the good work that she is doing in this House. Who would have thought that we need to propose an amendment to this Act to protect our national anthem? People would be thinking about other things and forgetting about such a very critical aspect that has been brought to the attention of the House. I think Sen. (Dr.) Zani has restored our faith in education. It is not for nothing that she is called Doctor. If there is anybody who doubts that she went to school properly, they should look through the HANSARD reports of this House to know the quality of the person that we have in Sen. (Dr.) Zani. That is why some of us who belong to this Party called ODM; we respect it so much; look at the quality of the nominees that we have brought to this House. Many of the Bills that have been proposed by Sen. (Dr.) Zani are important. They unify all of us.
