    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. It is true he is a very good teacher on international transactions and he taught me very good law. As far as the Judiciary believes in their independence, they must create a platform for judicial accountability. It does not mean they are not autonomous when making judicial decisions, it means they must be accountable to the general public of Kenya, by telling the people of Kericho County how and when they will get justice. We are not asking them as an institution that they must decide cases in a particular way. However, they must tell us, as taxpayers and as representatives of taxpayers, how judicial services will be accessed. I would like to inform Sen. Murkomen that he must amplify that point. It is sound and good. All of us need to access justice because without it, we can be beastial and bad to one another."
