    "content": "Regarding exiting to the world of work, there was a proposition we were making that county governments should make vocational training attractive because there are some children who opt not to go for it. Some of the issues that came up were that there are some learners who do not want to attend vocational training even though the centres are there. This attitude must be changed by the county governments."
