First, the delegation of the Committee on Health and Safety from the County Assembly of Machakos. We need to inform them that at this time when we have COVID-19 pandemic, we should ensure that this country not only normalizes but we deal with the pandemic and put it behind us. The solution should come from the county assemblies."
