    "content": "On Tuesday, 27th July, 2021, the Senate Business Committee (SBC) will meet to schedule the business of the Senate for the week. Subject to further directions by the SBC, the Senate will on Tuesday, 27th July, 2021 consider Bills at the First Reading and Second Reading stages and Motions on reports of various Standing Committees as contained in the Programme of Senate Business. The Senate will also continue with consideration of business that will not be concluded in today’s Order Paper. On Wednesday, 28th July, 2021, the Senate will continue with business that will not be concluded on Tuesday, 27th July, 2021 and any other business scheduled by the Senate Business Committee; while on Thursday, 29th July, 2021, the Senate will continue with business that will not be concluded on Wednesday, and any other business. Madam Deputy Speaker, we have a total of 33 Bills due for Second Reading; Five of these Bills are due for Division and have been listed in today’s Order Paper. These are- 1) The Community Health Services Bill (Senate Bills No. 34 of 2020); 2) The Investment Promotion (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 2 of 2021); 3) The Parliamentary Powers and Privileges (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 33 of 2020); 4) The National Flag, Emblems and Names (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 36 of 2020); and 5) The Coffee Bill (Senate Bills No. 22 of 2020). In addition, there are three (3) Bills at the Committee of the Whole Stage. These are: - 1) The Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 11 of 2020); 2) The Mental Health (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 28 of 2020); 3) The Wildlife Conservation and Management (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 30 of 2020). In addition, there are three (3) Bills at the Committee of the Whole Stage. These are: - (1) The Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 11 of 2020); (2) The Mental Health (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 28 of 2020);"
