    "content": "(3) The Wildlife Conservation and Management (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No. 30 of 2020). I take this opportunity to report to the House that the Senate Business Committee has considered the framework agreed upon during the half-day workshop held on Thursday, 15th July, 2021, to deliberate on pending business before the Senate and its Committees, and will shortly take the necessary steps to implement the resolutions agreed upon, which at the appropriate time, will be communicated to the House. In the meantime, I urge all Senators to avail themselves for division on the aforesaid Bills at the Second Reading stage. I also urge respective Movers and responsible Standing Committee Chairpersons to be available in the House for the Bills that have been scheduled for the Committee of the Whole. Madam Deputy Speaker, allow me also to take this opportunity to remind Chairpersons of Standing Committees to hasten consideration and public participation/engagement on all Bills committed to their respective Committees.
