    "content": "The objective of this Bill is within the boundary of school feeding programme, which has tremendous impact across the world. The Bill comes at a time when the Government has reduced funding for the school feeding programme to Kshs500 million. It also comes at a time when the famous donor, World Food Programme (WFP), has suspended the school feeding programme. I appeal that we support this Bill because since the exit of WFP will cripple the programme and school enrolment will be affected."
