    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, these statistics should help our Government to see the importance of investing in the school feeding programme. This way, we will retain children in school and even increase transition to secondary and tertiary institutions. This programme will not only benefit the Government but also the farmers who invest in this sector. We will even see an improvement in the local economies. This is bound to accelerate county-led demand in job opportunities and capacity building in the area of research."
