    "content": "This proposed amendment comes with it a major multiplier effect. Apart from just providing milk to our children, it boosts the local farmers in our regions who produce milk. It creates jobs for truck drivers who deliver the milk to the schools. It provides a ready market for the motor vehicles which are used to deliver that milk. It creates a ready market for fuel and oil products for the vehicle. It is a stimulus program in itself."
