    "content": "Finally, feeding program will also help our children in terms of improving their health status. Many of our children especially from urban areas who have no three meals in day, they will have at least a small packet of milk in school which will improve their health. Therefore, this is a timely amendment to the Basic Education Act. I urge Members to pass this amendment. I rise to support the amendment to the Bill. I congratulate my sister for having thought of this very important amendment."
