    "content": "I stand to support this Bill in Basic Education (Amendment) Bill, 2021. I also congratulate Sen. Kwamboka for coming up with this relevant Bill. For those of us who come from dry areas especially the northern part of Kenya, we have all the reasons to support this Bill. As you know, in that part of the country, our people are pastoralists and they move from one place to another. As they do that, their children suffer and cannot afford two meals in a day. So, milk is a special gift that can motivate both the parents and children."
