    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I would also like to start by congratulating you in your position as of now. I support this amendment Bill on basic education because it is very important. First of all, the provision of milk at this stage of our children, this is the time where they are at their formative stages. They require very important balanced diet for their physical and intellectual growth. It is so important for every nation to provide this milk at this stage because it will help our children to develop not only physically but also cognitively."
