    "content": "Second is the right to quiet possession of goods. Every registered and licensed street vendor has the right to quiet possession of their goods. Where a street vendor goods or assets utilized for the street vending activities are confiscated, the officer confiscating the goods shall issue the street vendor detailing the specific goods confiscated, location from which the goods may be recovered, the time within which the confiscated goods must be recovered and such other information as may be prescribed by a county legislation."
