    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, nothing has been done there to date. It is empty. Those people were contributing to the economy. So, we must change how we look at our people and not be at war with them. We must see them as the foundation of our economy. I can talk for days because I am very passionate. How do we say we can provide jobs for young people yet try to put them down on that which they are trying to do? I pray that Members here support this Bill and it also passes in the other House and the President assents to it. I second."
