    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I join my other colleagues to congratulate Sen. (Dr.) Ali for coming up with the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood) Bill. I have been a hawker before I came to this House. Being one of the vendors, what we used to go through and what vendors go through is too much for them to handle. The harassment that they face with our county officers who always chase them not that they are doing wrong but they are looking for space where they can earn a living by selling their goods."
