    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kamar): Hon. Senators, I have listened to the ventilations that have come across. In the last sitting of the Senate, the Speaker ruled that the meeting should be held on Monday, 18th July, 2021. When a ruling has been given by the Speaker, no one has the authority to change it. We must stick to the rulings given because if there was an issue, it should have been raised on that day. The chairpersons of the responsible committees should have given us their excuses on that day. The chairperson of the two committees have not responded today. We have tried to look for the communication from the Governor but we have not located it."
