    "content": "The separation of powers, the Chairperson of the Committee has appropriately apportioned the function. I am bringing this schedule into this discussion is because when you look at the representation at the Board, level, there needs to be a little adjustment so that the county governments get more representation. Although you have assigned two directors who will be nominated by CoG, I would like to see a higher representation. There are many coffee growing counties and we would like to have a higher representation so that they are able to do a good job. If that is impossible, then we must find a way for the CoG to bring in effective Board members who are very effective in the operation of that function."
