Ndwiga for both being the Chairperson of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries where I once served and now he is presenting the Bill on the Floor of this House in plea for the Members to vote for it. This is to improve the lives of Kenyans who belong to the agriculture sector."
