That coffee board makes it very essential for them to do this with their specific roles and responsibilities which are very clear. I will not go into them. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, as we bring in our ideas and recommendations, Clause 17 talks about the board and the qualifications. It says: “(3) A person is qualified for appointment as a corporation secretary if that person— (a) holds a degree from a recognized university;”"
