    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I did not blame the entire Government, but I said there is one well known person who is behind the organization, mobilisation and funding of the killing of my people. That is what I want the Government to investigate. When they do that, they will know. Otherwise, there is no way in a span of about five days, the County of Isiolo will lose more than 15 people. It does not make sense. So, I want the Government, through the Chair, to investigate and if possible, I would like to be present on the day when this request will be responded to so that I can ask further questions. Hon. Speaker, you know I am very emotional because those killings happen even to women and people I know, and who are innocent."
