A lot of these organisations, through which the funds were channeled, receive normal budgetary allocations. I can see the State Department of Culture, Permanent Presidential Music Commission, the Kenya Film Commission, the National Museums of Kenya and the Kenya Cultural Centre in the list. The National Museums of Kenya got Kshs21,000,600. All these are organisations that receive normal budgetary allocations.
